• Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist.
• At least two years of teaching experience at a higher education institution in the Physiotherapy programme, including teaching in kinesitherapy and physical therapy (physical medicine).
• Professional experience gained outside a higher education institution in a healthcare entity providing medical services.
• Completion of courses, training programmes, and other forms of professional development related to teaching in the field of the fundamentals of physiotherapy, particularly physical therapy, kinesitherapy, and biological regeneration.
• Scientific activity in the field of physiotherapy, demonstrated at a minimum by active participation in conferences, symposia, or scientific workshops of at least national scope.
• Interest in scientific development in the field of physiotherapy, demonstrated by presenting a research development plan concerning functional diagnostics and the planning of the physiotherapy process.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for the competent use of professional and scientific publications.
• Willingness to engage in teaching and organizational activities appropriate to the position of Teaching Assistant, in accordance with the University's policies and the tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, including participation in teams responsible for the quality of the teaching process, research teams, and project implementation.
• Proficiency in the Polish language sufficient to conduct teaching classes effectively.
• Willingness to undertake employment at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, Faculty of Physical Education and Health in Biała Podlaska, as the primary place of employment.
