NORA (Nordic Atlantic Cooperation) is an intergovernmental organisation under the Nordic Council of Ministers providing financial grants in support of collaborative projects involving partners from at least two of the four NORA countries (Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland and Coastal Norway).
